My aim is to ensure that each and everyone of my customers are entirely satisfied with their purchase and experience here at 33Flies. If for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please Email me at thirty3flies@hotmail.com to discuss a resolution to your issue. Your statutory rights will not be affected in any way.
RETURNS
My policy lasts 21 days. If 21 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
You will be responsible for the shipping costs in returning your item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
REFUNDS
**Only purchases made directly from my online store www.33flies.com qualify for a refund**
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment. I will aim to refund on the same day of receipt of the returned item.
SALE ITEMS
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
SHIPPING

Consumer shall assume all risk of loss or damage to the item, while in transit to my facilities.
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
